This initiative is the effort that aims to explore the undiscovered science about designers and creative people’s unique characteristics related to their time and effort management.
The articles are parts of the author’s Master’s thesis at Aalto University, Helsinki. Aalto University’s International Design Business Management program focuses a lot on design thinking and other human-centered design approaches. The research is expected to trigger more actions in the similar topic to improve designers’ well-being.
